Option A - 1-Year Non-Immigrant "O" Retirement Visa
50 Years or older and currently living outside of Thailand
|
|
|
- Requirements:
- 50 Years of age or older
- A bank account and bank statements showing the equivalent of at least 800,000 THB on deposit for the previous two months
- OR a pension or income equivalent to at least 65,000 THB per month
- OR a combination of the above
- Documents will be prepared for you in our law offices in Bangkok, Thailand and all necessary documentation will be over-nighted to your residence abroad.
- You will get your Thai 3 months non-immigrant Visa from your local Thai Embassy or Consulate. When you arrive in Thailand, we will convert your visa to a 1 year retirement visa.
- All fees include fees for multiple re-entry permit.

Option B - 1-Year Non-Immigrant "O" Retirement Visa
50 Years or older and currently living inside of Thailand
|
|
|
- You must already have a Current, valid Non-Immigrant Visa to apply for the retirement visa from within Thailand
- If you do not have the a Non-Immigrant Visa of some sort, then we must first get you a non-immigrant visa
- Requirements:
- 50 Years of age or older
- A bank account and bank statements showing the equivalent of at least 800,000 THB on deposit for the previous two months
- OR a pension or income equivalent to at least 65,000 THB per month
- OR a combination of the above
- You do NOT need to leave Thailand for this visa. All legal paperwork will be done in our Law Offices in Bangkok. You will NOT have to leave the country every 3 months to get a new re-entry stamp.
- All fees include fees for multiple re-entry permit.
