| In most cases, No. Most of the time, we will do all the paperwork in our offices and any documents that require your signature or approval will be couriered to your home or office or transacted in our law offices in Bangkok. There may be cases where the applicant will be needed at the Thai Immigration office, but that is not common. If you do have to go, our lawyers will accompany you so there will be no issues. |
